Lately I been feeling so tired. And lonely. Maybe its cause I met a guy and we wanted to go out but then he ghost me. Or that work has me overwhelmed right now. I dont know why I am I just am. I just want something that feels real

Being ghosted can leave somebody feeling not so good. Work can be a lot too since they expect us to perform. I can understand how you feel about wanting something real. Maybe you can reflect on your goals and maybe even a vision board. They say we must do something we’ve never done to get something we’ve never had. It’s easier said than done but you can get through this phase! I hope this helps
