HELP!

Hello! My name is Alice, I’m 19 and I suffer from anxiety, depression, OCD and autism. I’m currently on 2 antidepressants and 1 Antipsychotic (which was upped today). My doctor told me that because I have no motivation that it’s unlikely that I will engage with therapy, however I don’t know what else could help.

Any suggestions??

There are many different types of motivation. I’m not sure what your doctor meant by that statement? Honestly, it just sounds rude and discouraging.

I would make an appointment with a therapist and ignore that doctor’s comment.
