Anyone there to talk. Just had a fight with my daughter and I wanna die. I’m not a drinker it came to the nearest bar and started drinking

Fights with loved ones are the worst. I tend to drink when I'm struggling too. Could u go for a walk or bike ride instead?

She’s always been jealous of her younger brother for god knows what reason and she plowed me today for no reason

I often find that when I am jealous it usually stems from some of my own insecurities. Maybe try asking her some questions about why she feels the way she does and ask her what you can do to help her.

Mother daughter fight extremely common easy for me to say as it doesn’t help the sense of anguish and loss. Sometimes scream intio a pillow sometimes take a sheet of paper and scribble all over it seems to release many things but that’s just how I work or have seen

Suggest yur daughter vent here or find a family counselor again easy fir me to say
