Depression and Anxiety

I am a 33 year old woman that struggles with severe depression and anxiety. I am on Fluoxetine, Rexulti, and Xanax. I would like to find other people that struggle with this and maybe we could talk and support one another.

Be careful with the Xanax because it’s easily to get addicted to & it just stopped working for me after a while because I took it so often.

This is why I’m trying not to go into Medication.I’m suffering with anxiety but eventually I will get better with time. Just gotta keep a clear mind.

Hi! I also take Fluoxetine in addition to two other anti-depressants for my depression and I have taken Lorazepam for many years without it losing it's effect. But then again, I only take it 1-2 times per day. Most of the time I suffer through the anxiety. I am new on here. I would love to find a group that was interested in supporting one another through both good and bad days! My name is Kat😄
