Pins and needles

Hi

New to this community. Does anyone have any experience with pins and needles feeling body wide as a result of anxiety and/ or fibromyalgia.

Also, looking to switch from Cymbalta to another medication for my anxiety. Any comments about meds that have worked well with you. Thanks.

I too have these sensations apparently it’s to do with the fight/flight linked to anxiety.I get it especially in my arms and it’s the blood flowing ready to fight.

It’s the most horrible feeling so I can sympathise with you.

I to am trying to come off duloxitine as not working, and I know I have to come off before my doctor will give me anything else, reducing it very slowly.
