Smokr, I think one of the things that helps is keeping your brain occupied. Maybe watch a funny show or exercise. Whatever it is that brings enjoyment. If it gets to the point where it is overwhelming than I’d suggest you contact a suicide hotline. Here’s a link with some resources. afsp.org/suicide-prevention...
