no no, it wasn't that it was addicting, i just watched the office when i felt my anxiety or depression come around. like if i was crying i would turn it on to cheer myself up
I do understand where you are coming from. I’ve downloaded bbc iPlayer app onto my mobile and watched TV when I can. I find it helps. Everyone has a “comfort blanket”. I tend to watch other programs that I’m interested in. Otherwise I’m cooking, etc. Button line, keeping busy is what you are trying to do and you will find something else; maybe get the box set?
