I just paid for a personal trainer for 10 sessions and now I am feeling really afraid of following through. I meet with them on the first of May at the gym I go to. I just get really bad anxiety in close encounters with people. I am very self-conscience. I can't even function normally when I get like that. But, I need this. I need to improve myself. For mental and physical health reasons. I just need to remember I am there to learn and there are no expectations. Ughh.....

You are stronger than you think. Just show up for each session & the rest will fall into place (half the battle for many of us is just showing up). Also, focus on your why?-- because you are commited to improving your well-being. I'm rooting for you.

Good, thank you!I have been going to the personal trainer sessions and working out on my own. Altogether I am working out 5 days a week. Instead of sleeping on my lunch breaks I go to the gym. I feel so much better. Sometimes, I miss the naps. I am really good at naps.. But, I am trying to make a life style change and so far it is working!
