Everyday is a struggle. I don't know what to do about it.
I have a very important exam coming up in the next 4 months and I am just not able to study for it. I really want to do well for it but i have just lost all my motivation. I have been feeling anxious all the time for my exam. There is so much to study but I have been procrastinating about it since the past month.
So, the entire day i just waste my time on reading and watching movies . And by the time it gets dark, I start getting anxious about myself. I am so so scared to let my parents and all those who are expecting so much from me.
Is it possible to feel demotivated all the damn time?

I get that. Yes it is possible because it seems to be a balance of brain hormones etc. I am a biologist and I feel like it is highly likely sure to pollutants on our environment that slow our normal healthy response. It is not your fault.
thank you for that. I needed to hear it. But I don't know how to cope with it. Its scary how days are coming closer for my exams and all I do is procrastinate about it. And later feel anxious and demotivated.
Hi good morning. I notice i think better when i have someone nearby but not hovering over my progress. If there’s a friend who would study with you on the phone, for instance. So you both agree to an amount of time, and limit talk to minimal at that time and just pull out the things you have to work on. It really helps me.
could you ask a friend for help and perhaps you two can keep each other accountable? Or reach out to a tutor or join a study group? I get it. It's very hard dealing with it alone. And that's why getting outside support is so important if we're feeling stuck
