I'm new.
I've been having a really hard time with anxiety and depression since a few tragic events that happened 19 years ago. I was doing pretty good and was even trying to get off meds. I've been told to be around people - it keeps me from spiraling. Since Covid and having to not be around people, my anxiety has come back along with panic attacks. Then in April I did something to my back and it's still hard to do things without pain. It makes exercising hard. Anyone having some of the same issues and have suggestions?
