good morning (feeling better!)

hello all, how has your mental health been lately? I am feeling better than yesterday after some sleep and my migraine has lessened. The weather here is nice and sunny with clear skies, so maybe positivity will come into my life today! this morning's poem is one i wrote 5 days ago and it's shorter than my usual. it's also my last poem before i have to start writing new ones to share lol, cuz I'm out. anyways here it is.

forever

if never being able to die

[immortality]

means being left alone

accompanied only by the universe

well,

it's not so different

from this current

[mortal]

state.

so,

there's only one thing to do:

watch.

I disagree I believe that we will be able to live with family and friends after we die, but I still enjoyed the poem. Hope you don't mind me sharing my belief.

of course, i like hearing different opinions. i was trying to write more about if one person was unable to die and was just stuck on earth (or space if earth is gone) while the rest of society is dead. I do somewhat agree with what you said though as I believe in reuniting with friends and family in heaven.

I think your poem indicates a lack of belief of what it means for our souls to live on,if for instance it was only a replica of our present day living ,our reasons for being here would be pointless as we are on this earth to learn and to achieve valuable lessons,our spiritual beings are a continuation,an onward journey if you like where we go on ,perhaps where we left off before our physical beings were borne and of course we are met by our loved ones ,once we pass over into the next dimension..........its not a very good interpretaion but its the best I can do-----furthermore I really dont want to continue with my life ,if it means that I am going on to repeat ,hope that helps if not pm me if you want.
