Welcome Gd. I'm struggling with the same thing recently, especially for this time of year. If I had an answer I'd offer it to you. All I can suggest is finding an online group that you share interests with (maybe you just have!) And get chatting! This place can be really active at times, and the more you post the more likely you are to get chatting with people.

Nothing will replace the real thing, but filling the gap is a good start and might help to keep you socially practiced!

Just hope covid disappears soon, or at least the restrictions, so socialising becomes possible again.

Try starting a gratitude journal and every night write 2 things you are grateful for and try and do so consistently. Its supposed to help promote positive thinking and might help you enjoy more things in your daily life

Hola my friend :)

Your picture makes me want to sit down and play my piano. Music soothes the soul.

(listening, playing or singing)

We are all here for a reason and that reason is to enjoy our moments in life and not just exist. Each day can be a learning experience for all of us in the world. During the Pandemic, we can find happiness through gratitude of what we do have. It's okay to feel sadness once in a while. It is a part of life. Loneliness happens when we lose interest in who we are.

Become your own best friend during these trying times. Find a new way to live by experimenting with new interests or hobbies.

Know that you are not the only lonely person in this big wide world. Reach out to others through the internet. Bringing a smile to someone is one of the most gratifying things we can do. I'm happy to Welcome you to this safe support site. Here you will meet others who feel

alone and sad as well. This is the first step to be taken in knowing you are not alone my friend. I'm happy you are here with us. :) xx
