Everything is Wrong

This is my first post. I don't even know what to say. I'm so scared of the disruption my mental health is causing. With age and circumstances, the depression is harder to manage. There are more frequent med adjustments. My spiritual faith is shakey, I have no immediate family, and my support system is thin and worn out with my despair.
