Have you ever have one of those days where everything goes wrong

My whole week have been going straight to hell and it's literally taking all my strength not to cut im not even sure how i feel emotionally, im all over the place

I have had the same kind of week, I felt like if ONE more thing happened.. even a little thing, I wanted to cut myself open, although not literally - but that's how I feel, I want to explode with frustration and anger.

Trust me, I can relate to those moments too... I try to remind myself that nothing that is bothering me matters that much over ending it - it's important to give love and to be loved. And to be here for the ones who love you and need you.
