Positive covid

I started feeling a little fever-ish on Black Friday at work. By the end of the shift I had the chills and was running hot. I decided to get tested for Covid that following Tuesday. That night, I got the results. Positive. At first I was okay but then started feeling low and now every morning I wake up with gut-stabbing anxiety. Im not sure why I get like this (this happened a couple years ago when I had the flu). Maybe it’s because I’m quarantining myself alone in my room? I sleep on-and-off until about 4pm, I have 0 appetite. I eat once a day if that. The only thing that keeps me positive is thinking about going back to work once I’m over this virus. Does anyone have any advice? Has anyone tested positive for the virus and felt this way?

Yes Spoonish6, I have not had COVID but know first hand how it just drains you. This is temporary just as the flu is, but hearing the C word is terrifying to most. Having anxiety over this is absolutely understandable! Try to eat more and take Zinc and Vitamin D3 if you are not on any inhibitors. You need to get your strength up!
