I am looking for an inexpensive online video support group for anxiety and depression that meets once every week. I've tried and failed to find one already. I know there are plenty of options but trying to choose one (and knowing it could be wrong and I'll have to start over) is exhausting. Anyone able to make things easier and suggest one for me?
