New to this app, I just need somebody to talk to. It's been a rough year for me and my family. My anxiety has been getting a hold of me, some days it would be me worrying about my health, and other days it would be about family issues. I try to get these thoughts off my head and think positively but it's not that easy. Someone to talk to that can relate would be awesome!

Hello, I can relate somewhat to what you are saying..I don't have any children so its just me and the husband but I struggle with meeting his needs and my mental health needs. I am currently in therapy and it helps but what is helping me the most is making sure that I am taking time for me and separate from my time with hubby. So that's my advice find some you time whatever helps you to relax.
Hello, I know how you feel. I've suffering from several losses over the course of 4 years, and which each one my anxiety would get worse. It has gotten to point where I no longer have friends, and my bf just doesn't get it. I feel so alone. I'm taking steps in the right direction I made a therapy session. I hope things will be better for you. Try your best and stay hopeful!
Hey welcome to the app! I’m so sorry it’s been a rough year for you as well. It seems to have been a difficult year for the majority of people. I know how you feel when you say you worry about your health / family issues. I worry about the same things! Thinking positive isn’t always easy but it is possible!!!!
