Sometimes we worry so much about what could go wrong or what could happen in the future that we block the natural flow of energy and our life grinds to a halt. We become stuck, unable to move and fearful. But, if we learn how to trust our own guide, our soul’s voice, our intuition or our gut, there will always be a way out and a chance to come out stronger on the other side.🤍

I would like to share some valuable lessons I learnt, thanks to therapy, I used to be a # 1 worrier!!! No. 1 Do not go mountain climbing over mole hills....No. 2 Worry is like a rocking chair, it is in motion, but it is going No Where. My favorite # 3....50 % of the things we worry about, Never happen the other 50 % if they happen we deal with them.....So Why Worry? I gave up worry 30 years ago, and live a much freer life......Sending love and hugs.....peace too.......
I like #2 best! The rocking chair analogy is great - so much movement, so much energy, time and emotions put into generating the rocking, but still stuck in the same place!
Hello! I haven't seen you post in awhile, so welcome back! How are you doing? Is the situation in Germany still pretty bad? We have tightened our measures so that we don't end up in the same situation as a lot of other European countries.
Hey 🙂, yes everything is still crazy here in Germany. So many people are frustrated and feeling depressed. I think it’s challenging for all of us. Trying to still be grateful for things every day. This too shall pass.
