Stronger for a reason ?

Sometimes I feel like we go through periods of change, of healing and strength in order to prepare to go through a tough time that our intuition knows, is coming up.

Just want to share this thought.

Hi i know that feeling.. I believe we do go through healing and strength because when we have a dramatic things that we think thats gonna happen and end up happening we have to have strength to get through it and try to heal from it.. Im here to listen if you want to talk.
