Feeling like everything is a lie

Hello, I have been in your shoes, I felt very let down and afraid, I was in therapy, Doc told me I could learn to trust again, it would take time, to go slowly, try to figure a person out before getting too involved. It worked, that was 40 years ago, I still do not trust people very much, I listen to my intuition it seldom lets me down. I believe in myself, he taught me to love, respect, and care for myself. It worked. You will learn and grow. I wish you well, sending love, & Big Hugs....write to us anytime, we are here to help each other. Im just someone whos had his fair share of shit cards handed to me in this world and know that this world doesnt need another shity person but rather a kind one ❤️
