I'm new to online forums, besides Reddit and the like haha. I just finished a PHP program that was run virtually due to covid and I'm having a hard time transitioning back to regular life. The depression and anxiety are hitting me pretty hard and I just want to crawl in a hole and not come out. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks for having this space to share and talk.
Try to do the things that you enjoy when happy. I’m not doing all that great but I’m about to paint since sometimes I get really into that. Best to you and nice to meet you Fvalentine!

I am making a website to keep busy. I just started and it's not very good yet but I can try. I call a local warmline sometimes when I am lonely and they are really nice. I hope this mess will be over soon. I call people and talk to them whenever I can. I'm lucky I can do that. Conversations usually last about 5 minutes or so. I am learning to listen better from this support group. I try to go for a short walk everyday. I also chat sometimes with people in this group and it makes my day. I also have a therapist that I can talk to. So I guess I talk a lot
