Having a bad day
I was like that yesterday, to cheer myself I called a friend. I work for a befriending service which helps to keep me occupied.

When you lie down and do nothing, which is my specialty, what type of things do you think about??
I have sponsored two Indian daughters in Bangalore for years.
I think about how to make my life better,
but cannot get past my panic disorder. I'll keep sharing with others and hope we all improve with work together.

I think about life! Why we live, what is the purpose etc. Sometimes it appears so pointles
I do cooking for my family - my greatest source of joy. I started running when I turned 50. Did a few half marathons. I have also started gardening. All this helps in managing my anxiety.
I get anxiety and panic attacks regularly though. I am on medication which helps. Covid has made by anxiety worse.
I am thinking of starting some voluntary work- maybe teach some poor kids in the neighbourhood but I guess it will have to wait till the Covid menace is over.

There are some days where you feel low and bad. Try to change your routine, try some meditation, take a hot shower, spend time with your loved ones, take a healthy diet.
Try to stay busy and distract yourself so that you don't get time to feel low.
