I just want to say this is my first time posting and I can see that my post before might have sounded like I was giving up as in suicidal, that is not what I meant I have been dealing with some issues with self esteem yes but not to that point. Again I am just trying this to see if it will help me possibly get to a point where I no longer have these panic attacks.

Welcome Arrty, we certainly can support you. I understand what you meant in your first post. We can all get to the point of frustration and even hopelessness but know that you have just taken the first step forward.

As powerful as Panic Attacks can be, there is always a reason they come to light. As we

discover more about you, we can share our own life experiences and not make you feel so alone. Finding the root of Panic Attacks is about knowing we must leave the past in the past, not worry about the future and live in the moment.
