Too many things hitting me...talked to therapist today trying to sort it out - not a lot accomplished. Working full time (sort of..) am bread winner, brother died suddenly in June and I’m his personal representative - dealing with his wife and her family has been brutal now my 88 year old mom is hospitalized- she lives alone. I can’t do it all - want to run and hide...nothing can be helped... day by day deep breath. Thanks for listening...

I am so sorry. I understand perfectly well what you're going through. I know how difficult it is having to deal with several things at the same time. Life can be so hard sometimes. Don't you have more siblings? 😪

I can’t imagine dealing with all of those things, that must be exhausting. My condolences. Is there anything you can do for self care?

OMG @LoveBear how much more can be carried on your already weighed-down shoulders? I get where you are in your head but also dealing with the worries of Mum in hospital and all this is only a breath away back in June when you lost your brother. My main pointers towards any tiny bit of help is firstly ..... you're not alone. Have you looked through the long list of fantastic support groups on HU. Worth having a look it really is. You can use the internet to do a self referal for CBT -cognitive behaviour therapy which puts things in place etc and gives you the knowledge how to deal with some of your mixed emotions etc plus loads more. What with the pandemic upon us at full pace supposedly again, it's such a difficult time for so many people. People that you may have thought appeared to be coping ..... whereas they don't know who to turn to for help. Be bold my friend and take each day on its own. Wishing you and your loved ones all the best and please come back to tell us what/how you might have achieved to help your situation. 🐿🌈

I'm so sorry for your loss. I understand what your going through where it feels like everything is just stacking up on your shoulders with no where to turn. By now you probably are needing some much needed respite. My husband had a heart attack at Xmas followed by triple bypass, and carotid surgery last week. I'm having health issues and now it just seems like I have nothing else to give. So I'm here for you if you need to talk.
