Como de va mon Ami ? This is Shnookie. Fabulous picture and those eyes. I don’t have suicidal ideations. Too many people I have known died in that manner and it gives me the heebie jeebies. However if I’m

having a really bad day, I think of how my

father aunt and grandparents survived the

Holocaust just because they were Jewish.

They came out of the war with definite

psychological scars. My grandmother

had severe survivor’s guilt and my father was a gambler. However they still survived

Hell on earth and I will get thru this

hellacious period of life and find employment and go on. I’m lucky that I get support out of this group as well

Hi It's Shnook again and I feel energized and ready to go on with my day. I decided to put myself in a good mood and turned on some disco on my iphone. I know for some people disco is considered cheesy but It gets your blood pumping and got this 62 year old body to get up and dance around my apartment it felt so good. I danced to the classic YMCA

by the Village people and an extended version of the Bee Gees Staying alive. John Travolta fabulous dancer. Pick whatever U like to dance to doesn't matter the tempo and try a dance. Also found an article from one of the various e-mails that I receive that researchers in Israel have discovered that Americans with ADHD in many communities across the U.S. have a better recovery rate at times.
