Better than yesterday. Life is a daily battle and it almost beat me but I am getting back up and trying again.

Another night I cannot sleep due to night terrors however all in all, I'm doing well. Hope you are doing well also.

I have parasomnia as well, rarely night terrors though. Quite often I jump out of bed with hypnagogic hallucinations.. but I’m used to it

Honestly don't know. My words still aren't coming out right. Thoughts still upside down. But i've found I can hold it together a little better. The raptured strings are flying around untethered but the little of what I've got, am holding on tight to. That's me. What about you?

I think a lot of people are feeling that way man. So many of us are dealing with a lot, feels like one bit of bad luck could push people over the edge

We HAVE to make the choice to be there for them, because it will wreck them if we don’t. We can make a pact together, you and I , to hang in there for them. Let’s do this for each other , and of course, our beloved children.

I feel the same as Quest4peace posted, It was hard to get out of bed, I'm scared of living another day filled with fear, depression and anxiety. I wonder how I'm going to get through the day.

I'm just always worried that I am deteriorating, my depression is getting worse, same as anxiety. I'm afraid I'm not going to survive this. I have no hope.
