It's been a week since I've started my daily posts, and it's helped a lot. I've been happier and just feeling better than usual! No self harm, no suicidal thoughts, so I'm on the track for no more depression! One of the reasons is not only here, but sleep. I sleep a good 8-10 hours everyday, and it's refreshing. Sleep not only benefits your memory, but your eating habits, immune system, and your entire body is healthier! It's one of the best tools by your side, and it's amazing. Try sleeping well tonight. Get off the phone at 10 pm, sleep from 11-8.. it's bliss.
