Hi. Um i'm new here. I just found this website because I googled "online help for depression and anxiety" I have not been clinically diagnosed with either of those but I have taken many online test for both and all say I have severe anxiety and severe depression. Things have been pretty hard at home lately and thats how all this started. I am just looking for people with the same problem to talk to. I'm scared to tell my dad about any of this but the last thing I want to do is hurt him and make him think of me as anything other then happy

Personally I'd probably wait till tell ur dad..UNTIL maybe u have seen someone n been diagnosed.
