Are you having real palpitations? I’ve had chest pain before from anxiety, to the point where I went to the hospital. But it was only psychological I think and not a recurring thing
I don’t have all the answers but I always recommend Epsom salts and exercise for anyone with anxiety/depression. For me diet really effects my anxiety.
Have you tried meditation or praying to calm your nerves. Controlling your breathing is a major component in putting your body and mind in check. I suffer from major depression and generalized anxiety, agoraphobia with panic attacks for many years. First is to ground yourself and find 5 things by utilizing your senses. You may have to try different techniques that will suit your needs so be patient and seek out advice and continue with your o/p treatment. Hang in there!
