Well done for getting through day 1 ....Get some nicotine patches strong ones stick them everywhere for a few days

yeah im getting the gum because im cheap and then i'm getting a coach to help me get through this,

Patches helped me I felt nauseous at the thought of smoking.....if you’ve got an ashtray still fill it with water ....smell it 🤢...will tell your brain you don’t want one

There is a quit smoking site on here so why don't you join and get support and encouragement. Well done for quitting.

Good for you for trying! It took me almost 5 years to quit, but it got a bit easier when I started eating stuff I didn’t like when I smoked (I chewed bubblemint gum - which I don’t like). Hoping you find something that works for you

I trying to quit too ., worst is at night I can't fall asleep without a cig it's aweful I'll be up all night .. how do I get over this
