Thanks Mel ❤️ I have been carrying around so much emotion and I can’t quite cry it out so it’s just so full feeling... I’m gonna try to take it easy but it’s hard not to be busy with my family but I let my husband know I needed my time to de-stress. Yes I think I will go into nature tomorrow. Today I think I’ll watch a movie and drink tea ive already gotten so much accomplished I’ve been pushing to the max. Thanks breathing deep breaths now. Hope all is well for you.
💗Thanks... trying to follow my own advice... to get myself moving, maybe take the pup out for a walk before the rain starts. Poor guy hates the rain & it's supposed to stormy all week. Hi, I hope you will be all right. If you're having some facial twitches, that might be a sign of tardive dyskenesia from psyche meds. Or it might just be your feeling nervous. I'm not trying to give you more to worry about.
I’ve gone to get checked out in the past freaking out thinking that it may be tardive dyskinesia so I am not worried I know it my nerves
I'm sorry to hear that. Hang in there! I think you're right to have tea and go out in nature.
I have another recommendation. This recording of chimes to use as a guide for slow breathing, a high one for the inhale and a low one for the exhale, is one of a handful of things I can do to intervene when I find myself going crazy. open.spotify.com/track/1vuf.... You have to stick with it for at least 18 minutes to get the effect. It has always acted as a reset on my runaway moods.
Sending prayers and positive vibes. I understand how it feels to know you are breaking and not being able to stop it. I'm also in that dark place with my depression. Sighing is one of my signs too.
Hi Sweet Starrlight, it sounds like your neck and jaw are extremely tight.
Try placing a warm microwavable shoulder pad around the top of your shoulders,
neck and jaws. If you don't have one, heat a big towel in the dryer for 10 minutes and
place that around that area. Sit in a comfortable chair and just breathe.
The heat will relax the muscles and the breathing will bring the oxygen and built up
trapped fluids back down from your head. This should help clear up that feeling as well
as relax the jaw muscles which will in turn stop the twitching.
