Any advise on my situation?

I am having a hard time coping with life right now. I work in the fitness industry which in general is not doing so well right now. I've been struggling in a work environment that does not communicate well and as a club manager I am responsible for communicating changes. I have been accused of discrimination due to my inability to effectively communicate changes and am currently on an "administrative leave of absence" due to these accusations. I also lost my health insurance during the pandemic so I have not been able to find clinical help. I applied to receive help from my EPA via telehealth but was denied. I dont know how to find help
