Sometimes I will get up or get ready to take a shower and I get scared that I will faint. It's not that I feel bad its just the fear of omg what if I faint.

Does it happen on days that you feel particularly stressed? Maybe controlled breathing to calm yourself?
Yeah I feel like that sometimes when I am in a public area and feeling stressed due to social anxiety. Like oh what if I faint, fear of making a scene, drawing a bunch of attention.
