Feeling of Hunger or hunger phobia

Hi i feel hungry all the time even after meal i feel like have eaten nothing. I have done all the tests like hba1c, uric acid LFT etc all of them are normal but i do have thought all the time that if i will not eat i will have low bp and another symptom is that my hands and legs go numb easily kindly guide me
