Is it a panic attack?

I woke up feeling fatigue and my chest felt tight I have the chills and my vision is acting up also my head hurts is this normal? Well of course it’s not normal but is it common? For people with panic attacks

Yes I have and they say everything checks out fine I have anxiety but it feels like I have new symptoms every time it happens so maybe I need a second opinion

Yes, I think I would see the doctor again with these recent symptoms. Before you see your doctor could you get an eye test? The Opthalmologist at the opticians would be able to see you with vision disturbance & head pain. It might be suggested that you have a blood test, just to eliminate a possible treatable condition. See what they say?
