I feel this a lot during the work days too...some days it truly is work just focusing on "work" when your mind is so filled with other thoughts and anxieties. Just remember to take the little wins during the day...like completing a small project or responding to an email. When you are stressed, some days those are all we have!

Remember it’s not you, don’t blame yourself. Or criticize yourself it’ll make every task even harder. It’s not your fault Become more self compassionate and forgiving and kind towards yourself. Basically the problem isn’t you. It’s whatever going on either depression or anxiety or whatever is going on with you. Try to take a break get some air. Try to remind yourself you are not your thoughts. When they come let them float by like a cloud or release those thoughts like your holding a Balloon in your hand . Hope any of this helps Just my thoughts.

How do you show yourself self love?

Well I think it starts with acceptance. You first have to be okay with yourself, stop the judgement and comparison on how you look, what you think, what you say, what you do,what you believe. It’s extremely important to stop comparing yourself to others. What your worth has nothing to do with what somebody else is worth. When you admire and notice qualities/ traits in another such as she/ he really is confident or very creative or etc.and you wish you were. If you look deep in you. You already have those qualities. That’s why you notice them so much. It really starts with acceptance and knowing your enough and being okay with the real you not the false you. I could go on and on this is just a start. This is so helpful! Thank you! I noticed the past week I was comparing myself to someone at work and was really down on myself. It spiraled into making me even more depressed!

And stop the judgement to others too because it creates negativity inside of you in my opinion. Whatever words you say effect you as much as to the person you say them to.

There are a lot of people who wear masks to cover their inner true self, which is the real you because are afraid of bring seen and judged, rejected, and always in fear. We also don’t get enough approval or validation or appreciation. However, you don’t need it just yours is the one that counts. Who do you want yo be You or the .”Real You”’?

For self love and begin accepting you / be okay with yourself I got this from Forbes:

We can pay attention to what we dream: Our subconscious speaks to us and gives us information that can help us. When we dream, we find out things about ourselves; it is up to us how much credit we give to those things.

We can keep a diary and make notes on what makes us glad, sad, mad, bad, what scares us, what makes us proud every day.

We can take a look in the mirror in the evening, after we have removed the makeup, and ask the person we see there: How are you? What are your wishes? Are you tired? What gives you energy?

We can tell this person we appreciate them, love them, take good care of them and bring them to light, for the world deserves to see their uniqueness?

We can make peace with ourselves and the world, balance taking care of ourselves and caring about others, be brave and take responsibility for ourselves and our decisions.

The person you are talking to is the true you . Find that real you. Hope any of this helps.
