Panic Attack?

Oh God I was in the shower and now I don't feel right my stomach burns and im shakey all over and my heart is thumping out of my chest and I feel like I'm gonna die.. I didn't even get to wash all the conditioner out of my hair I had to get out of there

Are you claustrophobic? Sometimes when we are in tight places and feel out of control (like in a shower) we can have a panic attack. I watched "Psycho one too many times and had to buy a see through shower curtain so I could take a shower without panicking!

I am claustrophobic but the shower never seems to bother me space wise. I had a stomach pain and my thoughts went crazy from there and I fed into them. I think that is what triggered me.
