Smoky hell

Just checking in. How are West Coast people doing with the wildfires/this hideous atmosphere? I'm lucky in that my family isn't in any danger from fire but we can't go outside and the air is disgusting. It's quite depressing. I hope you're all safe and taking care of your physical and mental health.

I woke up with the smoke too, can hardly breathe its so thick. My heart breaks for how bad it has been where I grew up and now the next to me that i just moved from last year. I am out of danger but close enough to get the smoke real bad. We have had some bad fires this year too but nothing like what is happening in California and the NW

yes actually and thank you I need to turn that on!!!!!!! It is scary and so heartbreaking.

My sister just went outside for two minutes and she's been coughing all morning :-X

I believe it! its so bad .... and oh my goodness so sad for those right in the midst of it. Thank you again for reminding me about the air filter

It's bad here in the Bay Area... my dog doesn't even want to go out. I am glad the orange sky is gone... it was making my anxiety super bad. Super bummed would love to go out & get a good hike in to help with my mental health... 😒 Hope everyone is staying safe.

I bet!! It's bad enough in my area but I can't imagine how depressing and scary it is there. My cousins who live in SF sent me pictures. It looks like Mars.
