Heart palpitations

Well let me start by saying I have a new symptom of IDK WHAT now. I'm having heart palpitations, like flutters for days every month and then they go away. First my Dr said it's iron deficiency anemia so I've been taking iron pills. I thought the pills were working but they just started again after not feeling it for about 3 weeks. I told my Dr. and she's trying to convince me this is normal. I have never had palpitations for days in a row. Can anyone relate?

So this is just my issue and maybe just maybe it will help you. So I too have severe anemia and iron pills worked then didn't! I was so frustrated! I thought it must not be anemia then i realized my poor body just decided it didn't like the pills and needed iron transfusions. Who knew! I did not even know that was a thing

Oh and yes I did have heart palpitations! Can you see a specialist?

Wow. Thank You for your response. I am going to speak with my Dr to see if there's other options.
