Home today after another long hospital stay. I went to the hospital Friday morning by ambulance because I couldn't stand without feeling like I would pass out.
I went to the Hospital 2 weeks ago and found that I had blood clots in my lungs. I was put on a blood thinner. Apparently, my dose was to high and I became anemic.
I lost 1/3 of my blood and received 4 units of blood over the course of 3 days. I had 2 CT scans and 2 sonograms and an EKG and was finally healthy enough to go home.
What a nightmare these last 4 weeks have been. The good news is overall I'm in good health and I feel so much better. The bad news is I'm on a bunch of new meds for at least a year. I'm now nervous to be home alone again, but I'm going to push through this.
Thank you to everyone who offered support during my dark days. It truly meant a bunch for me. <3

Good to hear you are home and on the mend. Wow very scary! Sorry you have to face more meds and are alone. I know the feeling. Sending hugs from afar and comfort for your days and nights
Glad you are home and feeling better. Do you know anyone who would come and stay with you for a few days? Might help.
