Not everything i say here is the same with everyone, so with that being said here are some things that cause anxiety.
1.)toxic abusive relationships
2.)verbal and physical abuse
3.)stress overload
4.) Bullying
5.) Being isolated or ostracized
6.) childhood abuse
7.)rape
8.)wars
9.) Toxic environments and narcissistic people
10.) being around negativity and sadly people with mental illness too
11.) Drugs and weed
12.) Trauma
13.)single parents rasing kids
14.)kids who are orphaned
15.)silent treatment (very childish and dangerous)
These are only some, but they are usually the number1 cause for anxiety. Please share your stories so we can warn others not to fall into this trap. As for loved ones with mental illness I'm not saying avoid everyone. The ones who you need to keep a distance is the ones who use their illness as an excuse to hurt others. If people dont take this serious the consequences can be very severe. We aren't perfect and we make a lot mistakes, but if we do not stop and look to change we'll end up in a very dark deep place. This isn't an attack on anyone it's more of a warning. Take care and spread the cause of your illness otherwise we will just keep blaming pills instead of abusers.
