I felt like this may be able to help me a little with my anxiety and depression.
I get in my head so much and overwhelms me, and little things will trigger me and I feel like I have no one to talk to who will understand the way I feel or actually be there for me. Sometimes, I wish I wasn't there.

Hey! I totally get what your saying. I'm currently battling with that as I type this. I feel like there is so much pressure on me to be ok when I'm not inside. Your not alone. Sometimes letting it all out to someone who understands makes a big difference. We all battle it with you. Just know tomorrow is a new day and what you did yesterday doesn't matter. Just always remember to smile, maybe your smile will brighten someone's day when they are down. Hope you feel better! 🤓
