I feel u here...im pretty convinced the pain nd depression never goes away its just burrows down and at the most inconvenient time pops back up.

I have my down days for sure. The other day I felt awful but decided to go for a walk and listen to old music I grew up with. Well by the time I got home I was dancing and lip syncing to songs I hadn't heard for decades and I felt so happy. I have to remember to do that more often! Maybe something like that can help?
