I'm really struggling my oldest son that i placed for adoption turned 10 yesterday. I've missed so much. I don't know how to get my emotions out. I can feel the built up emotion in my chest

I feel for you, been down that road many years ago. Can you contact the adoption agency and ask if they have a therapist you could talk to? Someone that could help you with your pain. Please do not feel guilty, it was something you had to do at that time. I am sure he has a loving set of parents, that should give you joy. One day he may come looking for you.In the mean time, enjoy all you can with the rest of your children. Check with your local library, they may have books on adoption. Go online for help.
