So over this past year I’ve been trying to fix my sleeping habits,my sleeping pattern is like a jigsaw puzzle when you can’t find that last piece .so very annoying , I get very tired throughout the day more like a fatigue feeling but I know if I sleep it will just make the pattern worst than it already is,on average I go to sleep at 8-10 am and wake up around 5-6 pm which is so depressing really doesn’t help my anxiety and depression tbh,I’ve got to get a job and start college soon but really don’t know how that’s gonna be all possible if my pattern is so upside down , does any one have any advice on fixing this as it’s completely ruing my life ðŸ˜ðŸ˜¤

Switching schedules is not easy for so many. I got stuck on that pattern of sleeping during the day and up all night more than once in my life.
Okay so this advice may or may not work but its worth a try since it has worked for me more than once. Start with trying to stay up later, then if you cant stay awake set an alarm for say 20 min and get up and shower if you need. If you can make it to evening then crash. Set an alarm for the time you want to wake up and drag yourself into the shower if you have too and take a cool shower! Start to find things to keep you busy during the day hours and unwind before bed. Two hours before you need to actually go to sleep stay away from anything that will amp you up. Dont eat and only drink water. Then before bed have a nice hot cup of non caffeinated tea, warm milk :0 not my thing but hey people say it works, or a nice hot bath. Vetiver Essential oil is a natural sleep aid that can help too. but it works like a damn drug so less is more if you dont know how it effects you. On the feet is best.
