Pain in after popped spot panic 😅

Earlier today I felt pain in my ear and realised it was a spot in the ear hole I know your not meant to pop spots in the ear but me being a dumb 17 year old did it,now I’m getting shooting pains in my ear and a bruising feeling on the same side of my skull I’m now panicking it’s a blood clot meningitis anything that can kill you, I’m just looking for support as having a panic atttacks over this 😭

Have you called your Doctor yet? This should be seen as you may need prescribed eardrops.

Is your ear still bleeding /leaking discharge? Do you live alone, or is there someone who can look at it for you to check?

I would definitely see the doctor.

Have you taken paracetamol for the pain?

Yes I’ve taken paracetamol and I’ve got some prescribed ear spray from when it last happend but I’m just panicking it’s something way more serious 😅

Yeah I get the odd spot in my ear it’s been said to be psoriasis in the ear last time I went and they gave me a ear spray

I haven't heard of psoriasis causing spots that can be popped. Have you been referred to a skin Specialist in Dermatology or ENT?

Does anyone else in the family have psoriasis?

Ask about blood tests including some Antibodies Tests.

Yes I get a blood test every 6 months and am due one very soon , also no one else in my family I know of suffer with psoriasis,I was thinking the same thing when she said psoriasis in the ear that can be popped

Actuallly, I found something about it on the internet today. Try Googling 'psoriasis spots in ear'.

Do you know that there is a forum/community on here called "Beyond Psoriasis". Might help to read through some posts and ask questions on there. You might find others that have similar experiences.

Had a doctors appointment over the phone at local practice and they have prescribed me the same medical ear spray from last time and that should do the job they said next time you have a spot in the ear pls leave it 😅
