That is absolutely the truth!! Thank you for the reminder. And tears are really good for the skin!!
I cried everyday when I was first diagnosed. Went on for years. Day and night it was so draining.
I still cry but not for the lengths of time I used to.
Let the tears flow. That's how I feel about it. It's letting the pain out
Aww I’m sorry to here that but I totally understand I’m in that stage right now I cry everyday day and night. It’s just so hard to hold them in especially in front of people I’m up to the point I’m like screw it I need to let it out .
I do this multiple times a day.

Girl you are not alone day night u name it . My face gets so swollen . My nose and eyes get red and puffy . 🤷🏽♀️ but i can’t lie I do feel better when I do bc I’m letting the pain out
this is so true, i'm always telling people this b/c we often forget it hehe
