I was eating dinner with some friends tonight and i suddenly felt an upcoming panic attack and it all happened suuupperrr fast. The weird thing is that I don‘t know what triggered me. Normally my trigger is whenever i get dizzy. But i wasn’t dizzy at all today. I‘m not ready for this. (In the end I could calm myself and I didn‘t have a panic attack but I have been feeling anxious after the dinner, probably because i‘m stressing about the new trigger) I‘m so confused.

That is a very scary thing to happen. It's happened to me when waking up in the morning!! Makes no sense at all. I hope you are feeling better???
I‘m feeling better yes, thank you for asking. Now I‘m basically just scared of restaurants 🤦🏼♀️ ugh so stupid. How do you cope when it happens in the mornig?
I've had that happen too back when my anxiety was out of control. I'd just be like sitting in restaurant with family or something and just start freaking out. Like I'd look around at everybody talking and laughing and I'm sitting here freaking out for no reason and nobody notices.
