Ugh! You guys! When I increased my dosage of Wellbutrin - gained 10lbs, now that I’m off- gained 10lbs. Part of my depression is weight related! There’s no winning

Hi, managing weight is not easy if related to medication. This last week, my doctor prescribed more exercise, a better diet and weigh ins to keep my weight in check.

I expected a prescription review for new meds. After thinking about the comment, "why change the drug that works?", I agree with it. I will have to do the work required to make the changes. It's just so hard to do it when living as a single. My first appointment with a dietician is next week.

Oh my. I know. I too have gained weight. Like 100 lbs now. I get to see a naturopath tomorrow because I think my hormones are off. That it is all related. I will let you know. Hope you have a great day today, sunisshining.
