I just want to wish everyone well today. I hope and pray that we all can get a break from the suffering. I know it’s hard and it seems hopeless but hang in there. Find the strength to accept the negative thoughts and let them pass. Keep faith that you’ll make it through this. You’re all so strong and beautiful. We are worth it. Thanks for being here and reaching out for help. Together we will overcome and be stronger for it.
